Service Description
Bowen Therapy is a gentle non-invasive treatment that works on the memory cells within the connective tissue in the fascia to influence the body to heal and move to a natural optimal balance. It is very effective in chronic ailments and is suitable for all newborn babies to the very elderly. There are no reported side effects in the 60 odd years that Bowen Therapy has been practised. It complements conventional medical treatment and is effective pre and post surgery. Although the moves are best performed on the therapy table, it can also be done effectively whilst seated. It works in a subtle holistic manner that is best felt in cumulative stages, a minimum of 3 sessions is recommended, with a top-up session once in 3-4 months
